Packaging, Logistics & Shipping
PetroBind offers flexible packaging and supply formats selected to match the buyer's destination port and site capability: new steel drums, 25 kg kraft or PP bags, meltable bags, cartons / solid blocks, jumbo / FIBC bags, bitubags, bitutainers, flexibags (flexitanks) inside 20-ft containers, ISO tank containers, and bulk vessel or road tanker supply for larger contracts. Incoterms quoted per RFQ: FOB, CFR, CIF, and other destination-led arrangements depending on origin, route and the buyer's import program.
How to Order — RFQ to Delivery (5 Steps)
- Send your RFQ. Tell us grade, technical standard if any, quantity or monthly volume, delivery window, destination port/city, and target Incoterm. Attach tender, specification or project documents where available. Send by email or WhatsApp — typical first response is within one business day.
- Grade & packing qualified. PetroBind matches the grade to your specification, selects the right packing format (drums, bags, tanks, bulk) for what your site can receive, assesses route and vessel type, and offers alternative grades where the requirement is tight.
- Commercial terms agreed. Price, Incoterm and payment instrument (T/T telegraphic transfer, or irrevocable L/C letter of credit at sight or usance as agreed) are set down in a written sale contract before anything is finalized. No trial or sample lots — every order is a genuine transaction.
- Inspection, shipping and documents. Vessel and route booked to the agreed schedule. COA, PDS, SDS, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Bill of Lading and other export documents issued. Independent pre-shipment inspection (e.g. SGS) arranged on request or per contract. Shipment milestones shared as they happen.
- Delivery & follow-up. Coordination with your team on arrival and discharge. Documents couriered or released per agreed terms. Post-delivery review and repeat-supply schedule set up when you want one.
